Your room will be ready for you from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive earlier and your room is already available, you’re welcome to check in early – we kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot guarantee this in advance.
If you are arriving after 7:00 pm, that's no problem – we’ll leave your key in our key box. Please be sure to let us know in advance.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 am. If you would like a late check-out, feel free to contact our reception team – we’re happy to help.
Luggage storage is available at the reception.
We kindly ask that you settle your bill upon arrival – in cash, by debit card, or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Thank you!
Free parking is available for the duration of your stay – right in front of the hotel, with some spaces covered by a carport. Please note that we are unable to reserve parking spots.
If you wish to park your vehicle in Salzburg for a longer period (e.g. while on a bike tour), we recommend the Park & Ride lot Salzburg Süd.

We also offer two EV charging stations directly at Aniferhof, which can be used with all standard charging cards. After charging, we kindly ask that you move your car to make space for other guests.
If the stations are occupied, you’ll find additional chargers just 150 metres away at Aniferstraße 10.

Raiffeisenbank Anif is located at Aniferstraße 12, 5081 Anif – just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel. An ATM is available 24/7.
Available free of charge at reception. Please return the bathrobe to reception in the designated bag upon departure.
We are happy to provide complimentary bicycles, subject to availability.
If you bring your own bike, a lockable storage room is located next to the carport. You can access it using your room key.
A free charging station for e-bikes is also available in this area.

Free cancellation is possible up to 3 days before arrival. In case of later cancellation, no-show or illness, we charge the full amount.
We recommend taking out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events.

Your four-legged friend is very welcome with prior notice!
We charge €25 per night (without food).
Should there be excessive soiling, we kindly ask for your understanding that an additional cleaning fee of €30 per started half hour will be charged.
Please note:
Dogs are unfortunately not permitted in the breakfast room – not our choice, but a requirement of the European food and hygiene regulations.
If you'd like your dog to join you for breakfast, you're welcome to sit in the lobby or on our terrace.
Also in the wellness and fitness areas, it’s strictly: no paws on saunas or dumbbells.
A vending machine with chilled drinks and snacks is located in the entrance area. Payment is possible in cash only (coins and bills up to €20).
Two e-charging stations are available directly at the Aniferhof. They are compatible with all common charging cards and easy to use. Please remember to move your vehicle after charging so that other guests also have access.
If the charging stations are occupied, additional charging points are just 150 metres away at Aniferstraße 10.
We provide baby cots free of charge. An extra bed is available for an additional fee.
Our fitness room is available to you free of charge every day from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please register in advance at the reception.
Forgot your toothbrush, razor, or similar item? No problem – we keep a small emergency kit available at reception.
Your room key not only opens your room but also the main entrance door. Please make sure to take it with you whenever you leave the house – especially if you return outside of reception hours.

With the Salzburg Verkehr Guest Mobility Ticket, you can use all public transport in the entire province of Salzburg free of charge during your stay.
The ticket is issued upon check-in and charged as a mobility fee of €0.50 per person per night in addition to the local tax.

Please let us know by 6:00 pm on the day of arrival so we can prepare your key and provide the access code.
We do not offer an in-house laundry service.
For your laundry needs, we recommend the self-service laundromat „My Laundry“ at Ignaz-Harrer-Straße 32, 5020 Salzburg – approx. 20 minutes by car from the hotel.

The nearest bus stop, „Anif Friesacher“ is just a 5-minute walk away on Hellbrunnerstraße.
From there, bus line 25 takes you directly to Salzburg’s historic city center without transfers.

Each room is equipped with an electronic safe for your valuables. Please leave it open when checking out.
We kindly ask you not to smoke anywhere inside the hotel. Smoking is permitted on the balconies and terrace – ashtrays are provided. Please note that a cleaning fee may be charged in case of non-compliance.
