The lovingly furnished rooms all have a modern bathroom with shower and hairdryer. In addition, all rooms are equipped with Sky TV. The price are per room and night plus € 0,80 local tax p.P. / night and also includes our rich breakfast buffet as well as the use of the wellness and fitness area. A free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house for free.
Room Gaisberg
If you are traveling solo, you are in the best of hands in a room of the category “Gaisberg“. Especially our business guests appreciate the nice ambience of the rooms with a lot of love for the details. The rooms are facing westwards and most of them also have a balcony. There, you can enjoy the sunset on balmy summer evenings. All of the rooms were refurbished and redecorated a few years ago and include a 24-hour high speed internet access free of charge.

Room Untersberg
The rooms “Untersberg” are our most generous rooms and are located in the new annex as well as in the southern part of the Aniferhof. From the balcony, you can enjoy a priceless view over the mountain scenery. All rooms have been completely refurbished and feature warm colors, fine fabrics and an interior of timeless beauty. The bathrooms have a spacious shower
- good to know for all parents - the couch can be transformed into a third bed.

Room Watzmann
The interior decoration is a contemporary interpretation of the traditional country house style – definitely an invitation to make yourself comfortable. A few years ago, all rooms were completely refurbished and redecorated as well as equipped with high-quality furniture.

Room Staufen
Comfortable and cozy – that are the main qualities of our rooms of the category “Staufen”. The west- and east-facing rooms are a little bit smaller than the “Watzmann” rooms but with the same lovely ambience. They are of high quality in a modern country-house style and completely refurnished and redecorated.
